Job Summary
As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative processes. You'll be responsible for sorting and distributing departmental mail or work requests, checking work process reports, and maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities
* Sort and distribute approaching departmental mail or work requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Check work process reports to guarantee required data is accessible and accurate
- Request any missing documentation on a case-by-case basis
- Output, print, and list reports as needed
- Plan correspondence or packages for internal/external mailing
- Maintain departmental logs, accounting sheets, or databases
- Monitor supply stock and arrange supplies as needed
- Assist other staff members in related tasks on an as-needed basis
Requirements
* Secondary School Diploma or equivalent
- No prior work experience required
- Standard office equipment and software proficiency
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, computer science)
