What You'll Do:
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for engaging directly with pharmacy customers who contact arenaflex for a variety of topics. This will primarily be via inbound calls and other communication platforms. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Research and problem-solving: You'll research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for the customer and follow up as needed to resolve issues.
- Critical thinking and creativity: We're not looking for order-takers or script-readers. We're searching for team members who can engage with our customers, think critically, and provide solutions while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards.
- Customer satisfaction: Your goal will be to go above and beyond to "wow" our customers and provide them with an exceptional experience.
What You'll Need:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-focused environment: You'll have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and a passion for working with customers.
- Excellent communication skills: You'll be able to communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to multi-task and think critically: You'll be able to handle multiple tasks and think critically to provide solutions to customers.
- Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed: You'll be able to adapt to changing schedules and work overtime as needed to meet customer needs.
- Must be able to pass background check for KY Rx Tech license: You'll need to pass a background check to obtain a KY Rx Tech license.
