Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring that customers receive the best possible experience when interacting with arenaflex. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Answering customer queries via phone, SMS, email, or chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their concerns
• Guiding customers through website-related issues, product questions, and payment matters, ensuring that they have a seamless and satisfying experience
