Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Engaging directly with pharmacy customers who contact arenaflex via inbound calls, emails, chats, and other communication platforms.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment, preferably in a pharmacy or healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to multi-task and think critically, with a focus on problem-solving and creative solutions.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as the ability to work overtime as needed.
- A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- The ability to pass a background check for the KY Rx Tech license.
