Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Online Customer Service Representative to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. As an Associate Level position, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our online customers through various communication channels, including email, phone, and live chat. You'll be the face of arenaflex, ensuring that our customers receive prompt and effective resolutions to their inquiries and issues.

Responsibilities

As an Online Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Processing online orders and providing order status updates to customers, ensuring seamless order fulfillment and delivery
• Assisting customers in navigating our website and placing orders, providing product information and recommendations to enhance their shopping experience
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions, identifying and reporting any trends or issues affecting customer experience

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Independent and self-motivated with a strong work ethic, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and customer needs
