The Role

As a Live Chat Officer at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat channels. This role will involve communicating with customers in a professional and efficient manner, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues they may have. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries through live chat in a timely and accurate manner

• Assist customers with booking tickets, making reservations, and navigating the website
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints

Requirements
