The Role

As a Live Chat Officer at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat channels. This role will involve communicating with customers in a professional and efficient manner, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues they may have. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our guests, and your ability to provide accurate and timely information will make all the difference in their experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries through live chat in a timely and accurate manner

  • Provide information about products, promotions, and services offered by arenaflex
  • Assist customers with booking tickets, making reservations, and navigating the website
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints
  • Escalate complex problems to the appropriate department for further assistance
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by demonstrating empathy and understanding
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics related to response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using live chat software and customer relationship management systems
