Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our team and play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our company's databases. As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for collecting and entering data into our databases, identifying and correcting errors, and ensuring that our data is up-to-date and accurate. You'll work closely with our employees and customers to collect information, and you'll be responsible for creating accurate spreadsheets and reports.

Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll have the following responsibilities:

• Liaise with and follow up with employees within the company as well as with customers to collect information
• Capture data into relevant databases in a timely and accurate manner
• Identify and correct errors, and swiftly bring them to the attention of relevant parties where necessary
• Gather reports, personal details, documents, and information from employees, other departments, and clients
• Scan through information to identify pertinent information
• Correct errors and organize the information in a manner that will optimize swift and accurate capturing
• Create accurate spreadsheets
• Enter and update information into relevant databases
• Ensure data is backed up
• Inform relevant parties regarding errors encountered
• Store hard copies of data in an organized manner to optimize retrieval
• Handle additional duties from time to time

Requirements

To be successful as a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll need to have the following qualifications and skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in a relevant field
• Good command of English
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed
• Proficient touch typing skills
