Schedule and Compensation Details
We're excited to offer a unique hybrid work solution that combines the best of both worlds – the flexibility of working from home and the benefits of collaborating with our team in the office. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll enjoy the following schedule and compensation details:
- Attractive hybrid work solution that offers the best of both worlds
- Office Rotation: Tuesday/Thursday & every other Friday
- Work from Home Rotation: Monday/Wednesday & every other Friday
- Competitive pay rate: $26 per hour

Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and customers. Your typical day will involve:
- Processing product complaints through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Maintaining a positive experience while investigating complaints in a timely and courteous manner
- Accurately updating databases with pertinent details and product information
- Escalating issues based on severity to appropriate levels as needed
- Ensuring confidentiality of caller and proprietary information by following procedures set forth for handling complaints
Qualifications
We're looking for talented individuals who possess the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 6 months of customer service experience
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work a hybrid work schedule comprised of weekly office and remote requirements
