Position Overview

As an entry-level chat support representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in helping new and existing users navigate our platform through messaging platforms. You'll be responsible for troubleshooting access problems, managing billing updates, and walking users through subscription management in a supportive and fully remote environment. • Minimum 15 hours per week commitment: Ensure you're available to work a minimum of 15 hours per week to maintain a consistent schedule.
