Job Summary

As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in helping our clients navigate their financial journeys. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering questions, and resolving issues related to 401k accounts, withdrawals, loans, and account maintenance. This is a full-time, hourly phone position that offers the opportunity to work extra hours based on business needs and your availability.

What to Expect

As a new FCA, you will embark on a comprehensive training program that will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in this role. Here's an overview of what you can expect:

  • Training Cohort: Join a training cohort of associates during the first 14 weeks, where you will learn about the financial services industry, develop your skills, and gain new experiences.
  • Customer Calls: Start with basic customer calls and progress to more sophisticated calls related to our clients' 401K plans.
  • Team Activities: Participate in team activities, receive well-being support, and career coaching to help you grow and develop in your role.
  • Rewards & Recognition: Celebrate your achievements as you progress through the program.

  • Technology Proficiency: Proficiency in navigating and troubleshooting basic technology issues or systems.
  • Self-Motivation: Demonstrate strong social skills, energy, and passion for the team.
  • Customer Service Experience: Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Education: High School diploma or GED required.

Shifts and Hours

This is a full-time, hourly position that requires:

  • Monday – Friday: 40 hours per week (Must have open availability from 7:30am to 11:00pm CST).
  • Overtime Hours: Encouraged during peak call periods.
