As a Cargo Agent, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting directly with customers and providing exceptional service to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

As a Cargo Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service to customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Processing and managing cargo shipments, including handling paperwork, tracking shipments, and resolving issues
• Collaborating with internal teams, including operations, sales, and customer service, to ensure seamless communication and efficient processing
• Maintaining accurate records and reports, including tracking shipments, monitoring inventory, and analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
• Adhering to arenaflex's safety protocols and procedures, including wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

What You Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years of age and authorization to work in the United States
• A valid driver's license
• Basic digital literacy and typing skills
• Ability to frequently lift tools, supplies, or items weighing up to and including 50 pounds
• Pass a physical ability test (PAT)
• Willingness to wear required company-approved PPE, including hearing protection, safety-toe footwear, protective headwear, and high-visibility safety apparel

What Will Give You a Competitive Edge

While not required, previous experience in cargo freight and warehouse operations, as well as typing/computer skills, will give you a competitive edge in this role.
