Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist. As a key member of our Sales and Marketing team, you'll be responsible for managing and maintaining our custom tracking platform, communicating with advertising partners, and providing written and oral updates on campaign details. Key Responsibilities:

* Assist the Sales and Marketing team in adding new client data into our custom tracking platform

• Communicate with new and current advertising partners through Email and Instant Messenger
• Maintain and update internal advertiser spreadsheets to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
• Provide written and oral updates on campaign details, guidelines, and restrictions to the team
• Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to ensure seamless campaign execution and data management
• Develop and implement processes to improve data entry efficiency and accuracy
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in data entry, digital marketing, or a related field

• Strong understanding of online marketing principles, including typing, computer shortcuts, and extreme multi-tasking
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
