Job Description

As an Operations Chat Support Specialist with arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through online chat support. You'll interact with customers, answer questions, and provide support using pre-prepared responses, all while working in a flexible and autonomous environment.

Essential Qualifications:
