In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in executing arenaflex's strategic vision to deliver a premier auto-finance servicing experience that exceeds customer expectations.

This is a hybrid position offering the perfect balance between collaborative in-office work and remote flexibility. You'll be expected to be in the office three days per week while enjoying two days of work-from-home flexibility. This arrangement allows you to build meaningful relationships with your team while maintaining the autonomy to work independently.

What You'll Do: Your Key Responsibilities

As a Credit Bureau Dispute Resolution Specialist within our Customer Care department, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring accuracy and integrity in customer credit reporting. Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • System Maintenance: Accurately update systems and databases with status details and comprehensive information relating to customer concerns or needs, ensuring data integrity throughout the dispute resolution process.
  • Performance Excellence: Meet or exceed all assigned operational and customer-experience metrics on a consistent basis, demonstrating your commitment to quality service delivery.
  • Multi-System Navigation: proficiently navigate multiple computer systems and appropriately engage other departments to resolve complex customer credit bureau disputes efficiently.
  • Risk Mitigation: Exercise sound judgment to mitigate risk by looking beyond obvious solutions and escalating unusual account situations for further investigation when necessary.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify means of improving processes and promoting low-effort customer experiences while maintaining adherence to all quality and compliance standards.
  • Professional Development: Actively participate in one-on-one coaching sessions with your supervisor to enhance your skills and advance your career.
  • Confidentiality Assurance: Maintain strict confidentiality with customer, employee, and company information, upholding the highest standards of data protection and privacy.

You'll work alongside a diverse team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. Our collaborative culture encourages you to raise your hand, share ideas, and contribute to process improvements that benefit both our team and our customers.

We understand that flexibility is key to maintaining work-life balance. While this role may require weekend work and overtime during peak periods to meet business needs, we compensate fairly for your dedication and commitment. You'll have access to flexible work schedules that allow you to manage your time effectively when you can work independently.
