Role and Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you will serve as a frontline representative, ensuring each customer interaction reflects Arenaflex's commitment to service excellence. You will engage with customers to provide solutions, resolve concerns, and ensure a seamless service experience.

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
