Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Live Chat Customer Support Specialist, your duties will include:

  • Providing timely and efficient customer service through online chat on our Amazon Store website and social media channels
  • Answering customer inquiries, offering promotional discounts, and providing helpful resources and information
  • Creating a positive customer experience and driving sales through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets for customer satisfaction, first response time, and resolution rate

Essential Qualifications
