Inbound Sales Development Representative – SDR
Job Description:
- Respond quickly to inbound leads via phone, text, and email
- Have structured qualification conversations using the provided scripts
- Identify customer intent and route leads appropriately
- Set qualified demos for Account Executives
- Track all activity accurately in our CRM
- Follow daily call, activity, and quality standards
- Stay focused, organized, and consistent throughout the day
Requirements:
- Strong verbal communication skills and comfort speaking on the phone daily
- Ability to follow scripts, processes, and daily activity expectations
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Consistent work ethic and reliability
- Coachable mindset and openness to feedback
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn CRM tools
- Nice to Have (Not Required): Prior experience in sales, customer service, or call-center environments
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Interest in pursuing a long-term career in sales
