The primary focus will be on leveraging cutting-edge pedagogical approaches and digital tools to create learner-centric content that fosters knowledge acquisition and skill development. Your responsibilities will include analyzing learning needs, designing curriculum frameworks, developing multimedia learning materials (videos, interactive modules, e-learning courses), and collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance. You will also play a crucial role in evaluating the effectiveness of learning interventions and iterating on designs based on feedback and performance data. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM), and various e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate). Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and a keen eye for visual design and user experience are essential. You should be comfortable working in a hybrid environment, balancing independent work with team meetings and brainstorming sessions. This role requires excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills. You will contribute to a culture of continuous learning and innovation, shaping the future of online education. Key Responsibilities: Analyze learning needs and design effective instructional strategies for online courses. Develop engaging and interactive e-learning content, including modules, videos, and assessments. Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and synthesize content. Apply adult learning principles and instructional design models to create optimal learning experiences. Utilize e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) to develop digital learning materials. Manage the end-to-end instructional design process, from concept to delivery. Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make data-driven improvements. Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in instructional design and online learning. Ensure all learning materials are accessible and adhere to quality standards. Contribute to the overall learning and development strategy of the organization. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design, with a focus on e-learning and virtual environments. Proficiency in industry-standard e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate). Strong understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design methodologies. Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS). Excellent content development, writing, and editing skills. Experience with multimedia development (video, audio) is a plus. Strong project management and organizational abilities. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid team setting. Portfolio showcasing previous instructional design projects is required.
