- *What You'll Do
- Work directly with

- Structure loan solutions based on
- *LTV, ARV, property value, and deal strength
- Guide borrowers through the

- *risk, viability, and loan structure
- Maintain strong relationships with

- Consistently
- *close deals and exceed monthly production targets
- *Required Experience
- Minimum 2+ years of proven Hard Money / Private Lending experience
- Must have 2+ years Hard Money Loan Origination Experience
- Strong understanding of
- *real estate investment transactions
- Ability to evaluate deals using
- *LTV, ARV, and exit strategies
- Experience working with
- *real estate investors, flippers, or developers
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
