We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Data Entry Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition Team and participate in various projects with multicultural teams distributed worldwide. Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Recruiting area in identifying and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches.
- Propose new alternatives to identify candidates and improve current processes.
- Manage job postings on different job portals and evaluate candidates who apply.
- Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for various searches we have open.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless execution of projects.
What We're Looking For:
* Proactivity and ability to work in a team.
- Marked attention to detail in daily work.
- 1+ previous work experience (a plus).
- Advanced English level.
