Responsibilities

As a customer experience specialist at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing customer support: You'll be the primary point of contact for customers, handling their inquiries and resolving simple and basic support issues via telephone, email, or instant message.
• Escalating complex issues: When faced with more technical product-related issues, you'll know when to escalate them to the proper Product Support department.
• Troubleshooting customer problems: You'll identify the root cause of problems and use tools and resources to determine how to resolve them.
• Tracking and documenting support requests: You'll ensure proper notation of customer problems or issues and update customer information accurately.
• Meeting job standards: You'll meet quality standards, adhere to schedule, and maintain an average handle time.
• Providing guidance and mentoring: You may be asked to guide and mentor less experienced associates, sharing your knowledge and expertise.
• Other related duties: You'll be assigned other duties as needed to ensure the success of our team.

Qualifications

To succeed as a customer experience specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:

• High School Diploma or equivalent: A minimum educational requirement to ensure you have the necessary skills and knowledge.
• 18 years of age or older: We require a minimum age to ensure you're eligible to work with us.
• Excellent customer service skills: You'll need to build high levels of customer satisfaction through your interactions.
