Job Summary
As a Data Entry Operator II, you'll be responsible for transcribing data into a computer-friendly format. Under general supervision, you'll utilize your keyboard skills and understanding of data entry procedures to ensure accuracy and completeness in all tasks. You'll work closely with our team to achieve collective goals and provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities
* Review and process electronically stored data following established procedures.
- Verify and correct data entries for accuracy and completeness.
- Process applications and data within defined timelines.
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve collective goals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of data entry activities.
- Identify and report any discrepancies or errors in data entry.
- Participate in training and development programs to improve data entry skills and knowledge.
- Adhere to arenaflex's policies and procedures, including those related to data security and confidentiality.
Minimum Qualifications
* Two years of relevant experience in data entry or clerical work.
- Proficiency in using business software and internet applications.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience working in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with government security clearance procedures.
- Experience with data entry software and systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Physical Requirements
