Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, answering their questions, and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner. You'll work from home, enjoying a flexible schedule that allows you to balance your priorities and maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls and respond to member inquiries regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions

  • Provide accurate and timely information to members, ensuring they understand their coverage and options
  • Offer solutions and alternatives to help simplify their healthcare experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution rates and customer satisfaction scores
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 6 months of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience

  • Verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Ability to work from home with a reliable internet connection and a secure workspace free from distractions
  • Adherence to HIPAA and governmental compliance requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and resolve their concerns

Preferred Qualifications

* 1 year of experience working in a Call Center environment or Healthcare related field

  • 6 months of work-from-home experience
  • Healthcare certification (e.g., Med Assistant) a plus
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and meeting performance metrics
