Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, answering their questions, and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities
* Answer inbound calls and respond to member inquiries regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions
- Provide accurate and timely information to members, ensuring they understand their coverage and options
- Offer solutions and alternatives to help simplify their healthcare experience
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution rates and customer satisfaction scores
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* 6 months of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience
- Verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Ability to work from home with a reliable internet connection and a secure workspace free from distractions
- Adherence to HIPAA and governmental compliance requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and resolve their concerns
Preferred Qualifications
