Job Summary

As a Full Stack Software Engineer at arenaflex, you will be responsible for supporting our crew across all disciplines, enhancing our development process, and contributing to the creation of high-quality games and applications. You will work closely with our Artwork, Layout, and Engineering groups to identify workflow inefficiencies, pain points, and troubles in our improvement process. Your expertise will be instrumental in generating candidate answers, weighing tradeoffs, implementing solutions, and promoting their adoption by the team.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with the crew to identify workflow inefficiencies, pain points, and troubles in our improvement process

• Generate candidate answers, weigh tradeoffs, and implement solutions to enhance crew performance and productivity
• Assist in the development, preservation, and extension of arenaflex's proprietary engine-precise and custom gear
• Build and guide custom asset pipelines to support game development
• Grow arenaflex's proprietary libraries, tools, and technologies across game engines and structures
• Proactively identify areas for improvement in our development process across multiple disciplines
• Preserve, extend, and aid present development gear to ensure seamless integration with new technologies

Essential Qualifications

* Strong passion for empowering others to deliver their best work

• Experience with the overall device lifecycle, including issue identification, capacity analysis, tool implementation, and effectiveness evaluation
• Proficiency in operating with custom standalone gear and growing gear for multiple game development disciplines
• Strong programming skills in C#, C++, Python, JavaScript, and Net Tech
• Ability to work efficiently in a self-directed environment
• Experience with custom game engines, Unreal, and Unity
• Familiarity with JavaScript and Net Tech
