Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, delivering exceptional service and solutions to our customers through inbound calls. You will work with leading technologies and systems, and have a dedicated team of leaders and peers to support you. If you excel at handling customer inquiries, are an active listener, and have a proven track record of hitting sales targets, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

* Handle customer inquiries of varying types, providing solutions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

• Utilize probing question skills to gather information and leverage customer feedback to improve service delivery
• Meet and exceed sales targets, while managing and overcoming objections for subscribers cancellation and suspend requests to assist in reducing churn
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and accurate information to customers
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

* Competitive pay rate: $15.00 - $20.00/hr

• Flexible scheduling: 8 hour per day shift, 5 days per week (anywhere from 6am-12am PST)

Requirements

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong multitasking abilities

• Driven by solving problems and meeting goals
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
• Experience in customer service and sales
• High school diploma or equivalent
• A quiet and distraction-free, secure place to work
• Excellent Internet connectivity: Internet access speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download (the faster the better!)
• In-house network, and a hard-wired Internet connection capable of continuously supporting outstanding call quality and high-speed response rates
• Wireless and/or satellite Internet Service Providers are not compatible with our systems
• A Smartphone (iOS or Android), 4 years old or newer, in which you will be able and willing to download our app that will be leveraged for company communications
