Job Summary

As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Amazon Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their orders and inquiries. Your primary responsibility will be to provide prompt and friendly responses via online chat, helping customers track their orders, resolve payment issues, and answer product-related questions. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that customers receive the best possible support, and you'll have the opportunity to suggest suitable products, process returns or exchanges, and offer assistance with account-related matters.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service via online chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
