Job Summary

We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our Fredericksburg, VA office. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our policyholders, providing exceptional service and support to meet their needs. You'll answer billing questions, make policy changes, and offer recommendations to ensure our policyholders receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Answer billing questions, make policy changes, and offer recommendations to meet policyholders' needs
  • Work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Essential Qualifications & Skills

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and empathize with customers
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in computer software and systems, including CRM and phone systems
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support
  • Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment

  • Knowledge of insurance products and services
  • Familiarity with CRM software and phone systems
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with sales or upselling techniques
  • Certification in customer service or related field
