Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Financial Planning Systems (Part Time/Remote) at arenaflex

Key Responsibilities

* Support and develop Financial Systems applications, as they apply to the Financial association, as well as serve as an internal advisor to those groups to identify automation opportunities and create/provide suitable solutions.

• Uphold the Hyperion planning application, consistently, for forecast and actual financials.
• Approve the data from Hyperion Financial Management and from regulators.
• Explore and resolve issues with data, including divisional roll-ups and intercompany transactions.
• Uphold system maintenance; maintain client consents.
• Uphold clients with system issues, existing reports, forms, and models.
• Assist with preparation of in-depth scenarios and analytical results examinations on various complex financial issues and competitive industry analyses.
• Facilitate and complete monthly headcount process regarding Hyperion.
• Refresh Hyperion Planning with order changes; coordinate progressive system changes with Regulators and GL organization.
• Communicate with work groups to determine reporting business needs; propose and present effective solutions.
• Create Essbase cubes, Planning Applications, Reports, as well as estimating and planning models for Financial divisions.

All You'll Need for Success

* Minimum Qualifications Education and Earlier Professional Training

• College degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Data Systems or equivalent experience/training.
• 2 years work experience in a Financial role, including experience with financial summaries, as well as financial modeling and analysis.
• Strong IT foundation, including experience with Prophet and multi-dimensional and social database structures.

Preferred Qualifications Education and Earlier Professional Training

* Experience using Hyperion, as well as development and administration experience (including Intelligent Disclosure, Essbase, Planning).

• Skills, Licenses, and Certificates
• Ability to adapt and be flexible in the use of analytical methodologies relating to financial issues.
• Ability to issue, modify, and analyze data.
• Meticulous with focus on precision and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent collaboration skills with demonstrated ability to work effectively in diverse situations.
