Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service/Data Entry Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our claims coordination team, you'll be responsible for providing administrative and staff support services, including data entry, follow-up on missing information, and review of invoices for accuracy. If you're a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you!

U.S. Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or demonstrate legal capacity to enter a contract
  • Be willing to submit to a background investigation, with any offer of employment conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation
  • Have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
  • Be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, asylee, refugee, or temporary resident (excluding those with non-immigrant work authorization, such as students in practical training status)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

As a Customer Service/Data Entry Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Primary data entry of claims information into our claims management systems
  • Following up on missing information to process claims efficiently
  • Reviewing invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Compiling reports from systems with claims information to provide insights and support to our clients
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 6-12 months of work experience in a customer service or data entry role
  • Basic computer and typing skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and software
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
