Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst and Operations Specialist to join our Flight Operations Performance Enhancement team. As a key member of this team, you'll be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends, and developing actionable insights to inform operational decisions. Your expertise will help us optimize flight schedules, improve on-time performance, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform operational decisions
- Develop and maintain complex data models, algorithms, and statistical models to support data-driven decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions
- Design and implement data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure seamless integration of data and services
- Provide expert guidance on data management, analytics, and reporting best practices
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies to ensure arenaflex remains at the forefront of innovation
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering, Math, Physics, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, operations, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong understanding of programming languages, including C#, Visual C, Visual Basic, and FORTRAN
- Familiarity with 14 CFR Parts 25 and 121 Airplanes Operations Regulations and Requirements
- Knowledge of A320/B737 family airplane weight and balance
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Pilot's license
- Experience in project management, team leadership, and vendor management
- Strong understanding of data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or Azure
- Experience with data governance, data quality, and data security best practices
