Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:

• Accurately entering data in the QuickClaim system using a constant supply of images
• Identifying document types based on the provided documentation
• Reviewing and verifying entered data to ensure it meets or exceeds quality requirements
• Ensuring all Personal Health Information (PHI) is kept confidential, following HIPAA standards
• Professionally interacting with other staff as needed
• Making recommendations for improvement or enhancement to job processes
• Working until all tasks are completed for the day
• Performing other basic office duties as assigned

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• The ability to type 50 words per minute and have a 10-key experience
• Ideal data entry skills, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Results-driven and able to work independently, with a proven ability to analyze information and make sound decisions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with others
• A high school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field

Compensation and Benefits

• Available shifts vary between 8:00 am – 9:00 pm, Monday – Friday
