Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service by sharing accurate and convenient information to clients according to straightforward FAQ-based inquiries
  • Utilizing choice support tools to determine issues and resolve them efficiently
  • Carrying out suitable actions to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Providing data to clients and using quality standards
  • Recognizing and escalating high-impact issues as needed
  • Conforming to arenaflex's approaches, methods, and norms of morals and integrity by carrying out related activity plans, utilizing the Entryway Strategy, and applying these in executing business cycles and practices
  • Completing work tasks and needs by utilizing strategies, information, and assets, teaming up with supervisors, associates, clients, and other colleagues, distinguishing needs, deadlines, and assumptions, completing tasks, imparting progress and data, deciding and prescribing ways of addressing progress opportunities, and adjusting to and gaining from change, troubles, and input

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer support experience in a retail or similar environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and technical skills
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer support tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
