Job Summary

As a Data Entry Specialist with arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in our business processing operations, fielding client inquiries, and finding innovative ways to respond. You'll work collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional results and continue to grow and challenge yourself to discover your potential for greatness.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform data entry with high accuracy, per client's requirements

  • Perform manual identification of different types of forms (MEDI)
  • Classify documents based on client's requirements
  • Work on different tasks (Data Entry, Verify, MEDI & other DE tasks) based on established procedures and guidelines
  • Work under close supervision and ability to problem solve, self-guided
  • Comply with company policies and standards
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service and organizational skills
  • Translate information effectively and accurately

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent

  • 1-2 years of experience in a working environment
  • Office work environment, 40+ work hours per week
  • Ability to demonstrate basic PC/Internet skills
  • Computer Skills: Introductory knowledge of Microsoft products (i.e. Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to work independently and remain self-motivated
  • Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Typing test with 40 wpm+

  • Experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to translate information effectively and accurately
  • Great customer service and excellent organizational skills
