Online Tennis Instruction is one of the world's leading instructional tennis websites.
We produce high-quality instructional tennis videos that help players all over the world improve their tennis game. We also offer live in-person tennis clinics with our OTI-certified instructors teaching our OTI Method around the globe to help students transform their game in a short period of time. We currently reach over 150,000 subscribers and have generated well over 30 million views on YouTube.
Our team is made up of more than 10 people from different parts of the world. Our owner, Florian, is in Germany, and the rest of our team is in the United States and Europe.

In this role, you'll oversee all our day-to-day operations and additionally help Florian, our founder, manage our teams effectively. Your job is to make sure all operations run like clockwork, so Florian can concentrate on other important tasks.
1??Your main job is to run and optimize our day-to-day operations. Excellent speed of execution is one of your big strengths, and at the same time, you are constantly improving processes to help the company become more efficient. You will help us solve our biggest bottleneck, which is currently not getting enough projects and tests executed in time.
Whenever there's a challenge in our operations, you'll be the one to figure out the solutions. We want you to take charge and make sure everything keeps moving.
2?? You are revenue-focused and always looking to help scale the company effectively!
3?? You will navigate and optimize all of our software tools, and you can also comfortably communicate with our freelance developers on product development projects.
4?? Additionally, you'll oversee our KPIs and communicate with the team to ensure we achieve our monthly and quarterly goals!
This is a full-time job, and we're open to candidates from any European time zone.
In this role, you'll be the go-to person to help Florian, our founder, manage our teams effectively, especially the freelancers. Your job is to make sure everything runs like clockwork, so Florian can concentrate on other important tasks.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you need to have:
- 3-5 years experience scaling a company (ideally in a direct-to-consumer Internet business)
- Excellent execution skills and speed
- Strong knowledge of software tools and general tech knowledge
- Experience in dealing with tech issues (integrating APIs, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to coordinate and communicate across all departments
- Experience being in charge of KPIs and/or OKRs
- Impeccable organization
- A strong interest in company building
- Excellent English language skills
- Interest in technical developments like AI and how it can help us improve
- A willingness to constantly evolve your skills
- The ability to work with a sense of urgency to drive the company forward
- The confidence to work with a high-performance CEO and team

- Basic tennis knowledge
- $3000 - $4000 per month for a full-time position*
- Fully remote - work from anywhere you prefer (but be willing to come to Munich once every quarter or so for a few days)
