Tasks
About the role
We are seeking a passionate Team Leader who displays strong leadership qualities and is able to motivate and get the best out of a remote team. Responsibilities include:
- Monitor calls by consultants for coaching and development purposes
- Review productivity & KPI achievement to ensure all opportunities are captured
- Coordinate with Management to develop strategies to motivate consultants & improve productivity
- Provide support for consultants including troubleshooting and escalations
- Carry out training, provide feedback, and conduct performance reviews
- Carry out admin duties as required
- Develop a cohesive and positive team environment
Requirements
Skills and experience
- Experience managing a sales team in a call centre environment
- Leadership, coaching and mentoring skills
- Highly motivated and KPI-driven
- Ability to work independently, and effectively as part of a team
- Excellent organisational skills & a demonstrated ability to multitask
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge/experience of the Travel and Tourism Industry would be highly regarding
