Responsibilities

In your role as Finance Project Manager, you play a key and fundamental role for Zelestra in Germany. You are responsible for all commercial and financial topics during the planning and construction phase of our Solar, Wind and Bess projects in Germany. You will work within a small team of dedicated colleagues and set the steps for scale up of business.

• You are responsible for all commercial and financial related topics and commercial and financial optimization of our German Solar, Wind and Bess projects.
• Together with the Program Director, you will process all relevant contract documents and handle internal and external customer correspondence relating to the commercial and financial content.
• You are responsible for the commercial and financial project management in the planning and execution phase. This includes project cost management, contract management, invoicing and cash flow management as well as opportunity and risk management.
• Ensuring and being responsible for timely and qualitatively required financial project reporting including the cashflow reporting.
• Preparation of budget and forecast reporting for the projects.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration.
• Experience in field of commercial / financial management of large scale projects, in the German Renewables Energy market.
• Sound knowledge of contract law.
• Proven knowledge of HGB and IFRS, especially with regard to POC Accounting Method.
• Proven experience in IFRS, German GAAP and Consolidation of Accounts.
• Proficient skills in MS Office Suite and SAP.
• Business fluent in German and English.
• Strong negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong communication, persuasive and assertive skills.
• Strong willingness to teamwork and collaborate.
• Passion to lead the World towards a clean energy future.
