As Creative Lead, you will own how the world sees and experiences BJAK. From visuals to messaging, you will define our brand and lead the creative force behind it.

This is not just a design role — it is a leadership position for someone who can think strategically, move fast, and execute at a high level. You will shape narratives, lead a creative team, and drive bold campaigns that elevate the brand across markets.

Location: Indonesia (Remote) ✨ This role will closely collaborate with our headquarters in Malaysia, supporting BJAK’s regional brand growth.

What You Will Do

1. Brand Strategy & Creative Direction

• Own BJAK’s brand identity across all platforms — from tone and messaging to typography and visual systems

• Translate business and marketing objectives into compelling creative concepts

• Develop campaigns that drive both brand impact and business growth

• Ensure brand consistency across digital, social, product, print, and other touchpoints

2. Creative Leadership & Team Management

• Lead, coach, and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team (designers, writers, and content creators)

• Set a high standard for creativity, execution, and delivery under tight timelines

• Review and elevate creative output to ensure alignment with brand strategy and quality standards

• Build a culture of ownership, collaboration, and accountability

3. Execution & Optimization

• Design and manage creative workflows that balance speed, quality, and scalability

• Partner with growth, product, and leadership teams in Malaysia and across the region to execute key campaigns

• Use performance insights and feedback to continuously improve creative output

• Stay ahead of industry and creative trends to keep BJAK sharp and relevant

What You Bring

• 4–6 years of experience in creative, brand, or design leadership roles (agency or fast-growth companies preferred)

• Strong portfolio showcasing storytelling, campaigns, and multi-channel creative work

• Solid understanding of branding, design principles, and digital content strategy

• Experience leading and developing creative teams

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and modern production workflows

• Strong stakeholder management and project execution skills

• Bonus: Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or high-growth consumer brands
