Responsibilities

- Maintain performance standards throughout certification and production
- Follow structured systems without requiring constant guidance
Skills
- Must be able to work as a 1099 independent contractor
- Mandatory attendance at certification sessions
- Ability to meet startup and equipment requirements
- Quiet, distraction-free home workspace is necessary
- Wired high-speed internet and a Windows-based PC required (no Mac or Chromebook)
- Experience in customer service or remote work environments
- Familiarity with performance metrics and accountability standards
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
