Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry / Typing Specialist – Work from Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • At least 1 year of experience in data entry or customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Reliable internet and a quiet workspace
  • The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively

Technical Requirements

To perform this role, you'll need:

  • A computer with a current operating system
  • High-speed internet (minimum 25 Mbps)
  • A professional headset for calls
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • A dedicated home office space
