Key Responsibilities:

As a Part Time Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering inbound calls from 3rd party customers in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner

  • Accepting payments, verifying account information, and making updates or changes to account information, such as billing or contact details

  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including notes, resolutions, and follow-up actions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless customer experiences
