Job Summary

As a Live Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective support through live chat. You'll be responsible for resolving technical issues, documenting actions, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced 24/7 environment. Key Responsibilities

* Provide first-line IT support through live chat, resolving technical issues and delivering exceptional customer service

  • Multitask across multiple chats while maintaining professionalism and empathy
  • Document actions and escalate complex issues to senior support specialists as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical skills to provide accurate and effective support
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and chat volume
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 2-5 years of related customer service or chat support experience

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and technical skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced 24/7 environment
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on empathy and professionalism
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. computer science, business, communications)

  • Experience with live chat software and technical support tools
  • Knowledge of IT systems and software applications
  • Experience working in a call center or customer support environment
  • Certification in customer service or technical support (e.g. CompTIA A+, ITIL)
