Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to support our Sales and Marketing team in managing client data, communicating with advertising partners, and maintaining internal spreadsheets. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of our marketing campaigns and the delivery of exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Sales and Marketing team in adding new client data to our custom tracking platform, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. - Communicate with new and current advertising partners through email and instant messenger, providing timely and effective support. - Maintain and update internal advertiser spreadsheets, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. - Provide written and oral updates on campaign details, guidelines, and restrictions to the rest of the team. - Collaborate with the operations team to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our marketing operations, including campaign strategies, tactics, and metrics.

Essential Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in data entry, marketing operations, or a related field. - Strong understanding of online marketing principles, including typing, computer shortcuts, and extreme multi-tasking. - Proficiency in basic HTML and CSS, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies. - Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and data analytics tools. - Familiarity with arenaflex's custom tracking platform and internal systems. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues. - Experience in a similar role at a marketing or advertising agency. - Certification in marketing, data analysis, or a related field.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive base salary, paid vacations, floating holidays, comprehensive medical and dental plans, and a 401K plan with a 3% employer match. We also offer one week paid vacation to start, two weeks after two years, and three personal days for those days that you need a little R&R or have an appointment that cannot be scheduled outside of work hours.
