Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Live Chat Support representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with real-time assistance, answering their queries, and offering solutions to their waterproofing needs through our online chat platform. As a Live Chat Support representative, you will be responsible for engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing accurate information about products and services, and resolving any issues promptly.

Responsibilities:

* Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner via live chat.

  • Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
  • Assist customers with their inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Guide customers through the purchasing process, if necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to ensure the best customer support.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service experience.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide solutions to customer problems and concerns.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

* Excellent written communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple chats simultaneously.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Basic technical proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • 0-5 years of experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, but not required. We welcome candidates who are eager to learn and grow with our company.
