Position Overview

As a Remote Chat Assistant, you'll be responsible for managing live chat interactions with customers, providing assistance with queries about shipping, return policies, and product availability. You'll work in a flexible schedule, logging in to our designated chat system to handle all communications professionally until logging out. Key Responsibilities

* Manage live chat interactions with customers, providing assistance with queries about shipping, return policies, and product availability

Requirements

* Must have access to a computer or mobile device with internet connectivity
