Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative to join our remote team in Alabama. As a key member of our customer care team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services. Responsibilities

* Actively listen to customers to understand their concerns and provide personalized solutions

  • Upsell products and features while emphasizing benefits and value proposition
  • Demonstrate excellent soft skills to provide a best-in-class customer service experience
  • Provide information about current plans and products, and identify opportunities to position new solutions that align with customers' needs
  • Navigate through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy to resolve customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Requirements

* High-speed internet with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps (no satellite)

  • A USB wired headset with noise-canceling microphone
  • 18+ years of age and a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Quiet, secured workspace with minimal distractions

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Professional positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette
  • Experience using a computer in a work or non-work setting
  • Ability to thrive in a highly structured environment
  • Schedule with open availability, including evenings and weekends
