Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service/Data Entry Representative to join our claims coordination team, providing administrative and staff support services, data entry, and customer service to our clients. As a remote Customer Service/Data Entry Representative, you'll work from home, utilizing your own high-speed internet connection and provided equipment to deliver exceptional results.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Primary data entry of claims information into our claims management systems

  • Follow up on missing information to process claims efficiently
  • Review invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Compile reports from systems with claims information to provide valuable insights
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with our claims coordination team to ensure seamless communication and efficient claim processing
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to arenaflex's data management policies and procedures

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 6 months to 1 year of work experience in a customer service or data entry role
  • Basic computer and typing skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, in a remote work environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
  • Willingness to submit to a background investigation, with unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the bio-tech industry or a related field

  • Familiarity with claims management systems and data entry software
  • Certification in customer service or data entry, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Data Entry Specialist (CDES)
  • Proficiency in languages other than English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
