• Interact with customers in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner, providing solutions to their queries and concerns
• Promote and sell air travel to the traveling public or freight forwarders, utilizing your exceptional communication skills to meet and exceed customer expectations
• Provide assistance with passenger check-in and load acceptance, ensuring seamless travel experiences for our customers
• Interpret and apply arenaflex's policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Meet and dispatch planes within set-up times, demonstrating your ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Provide support to distressed passengers and customers, utilizing your empathy and problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently
• Protect arenaflex's business assets and revenue, maintaining a secure and efficient work environment
• Possess the physical capability and dexterity to perform various job-related duties, including the use of motor skills and organizational abilities
• Respond and assist during safety and emergency situations, demonstrating your ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
• Follow internal and external regulations and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and arenaflex's policies

What You'll Need for Success

To excel in this role, you will require:

• A high school degree or equivalent
• The ability to read, write, and speak fluently in the English language
• Bilingual language skills may be required in some locations
• A valid driver's license, as required by local authorities
• The ability to pass FAA background checks to qualify for unescorted access to airport security identity display areas (SIDA), if applicable
• The ability to obtain and maintain airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, if applicable
• The ability to work abnormal and/or prolonged hours, including weekends and holidays
• The ability to work on a regular and timely basis
