A Day in the Life of a Customer Service Representative - CSR

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will be based in our office, handling phone calls with a warm, friendly demeanor and managing a variety of administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support
• Handling phone calls with a calm and patient demeanor
• Managing a variety of administrative tasks, such as booking appointments and dispatching technicians
• Taking detailed information from customers and following up on outstanding estimates
• Managing office emails and assisting with tasks in the showroom
• Thriving in a fast-paced environment, keeping clients satisfied and operations running smoothly while maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer service

Qualifications for a Customer Service Representative - CSR

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Experience using ServiceTitan (a plus)
• Proficiency with computers and technology
• Understanding of proper phone etiquette
• Comfortable working in an office environment
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to empathize with others and create a positive first impression
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivation, organization, and prioritization skills
• Familiarity with the Rock Springs and Sweetwater county areas (a plus)

Work Schedule

This full-time office position works Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. We offer a competitive salary of up to $17 per hour based on experience, paid holidays, and paid vacations.
