Job Summary

We're seeking highly motivated and service-minded individuals with good communication skills to fill several sales & customer service representative positions in a remote setting. As a sales & customer service representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth through inbound and outbound calling, presentations, and appointments. Key Responsibilities

* Inbound and outbound calling to engage with clients and prospects

• Setting appointments and performing presentations to members of unions that request benefits
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in using software applications
• Completing necessary paperwork and documentation

• Collaborating with team members to achieve sales and customer service goals
• Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Minimum Qualifications

* Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Time Management Skills: Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
• Age: 18 years of age or older
• Background Check: Must pass a background check
• High School Diploma: High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred but not required
• Customer Service and/or Retail Experience: Customer service and/or retail experience preferred but not required

Preferred Qualifications

* College Student: Currently enrolled in college or university

• Sales and Customer Service Experience: Previous sales and customer service experience
• Leadership Experience: Leadership experience or training
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using software applications and technology
