Job Summary
We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for accurately and promptly entering data into our databases, identifying and resolving errors, and communicating with clients and staff members to gather information. Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Sifting through data to identify pertinent information and ensuring accuracy
- Fixing errors and organizing data to enable quick and precise capture
- Producing accurate spreadsheets and reports
- Entering and updating data in relevant databases
- Checking data backups to ensure integrity
- Alerting relevant parties to errors and discrepancies
- Organizing physical copies of materials for easy retrieval
- Assuming additional responsibilities as needed

* Achieve a data entry accuracy rate of 99.9% or higher
- Meet or exceed daily data entry targets
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data entry and database management
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of related work experience
- Excellent English language skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Word and Excel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to focus for extended periods of time while working accurately and efficiently
- Touch typing skills
- Experience with data entry software and database management systems
Preferred Qualifications
